Because this site is so new, we have very few homes listed. We want to increase this number considerably and the best way to do that is to provide the service for FREE. This site ill not always be free to use. We aim to charge for this service in the future. Our charges will be a one off payment of £50 per property which will be displayed on this site until SOLD or withdrawn. Even when the charge comes into effect, any properties already listed for FREE will remain on the site at no charge.

Can I edit my listing once they are submitted?
Yes! Once you have registered for FREE, you can login anytime to submit properties or check your listings, you also have a feature to change listings you have already submitted!
Can I submit as many properties as I want?
Yes, you can submit as many properties as you wish! However, only your first property is FREE (for a limited time only). Additional properties will be charged at a one off cost of £50 and will remain on the site until sold or withdrawn.
What happens when the property sells?
When the property sells, you have the responsibility to take off your listing, this is simply done when logged in to East Midlands Online Property and going to "EDIT" property and then selecting property sold, we will then remove it from the database. You will also receive a regular email from us checking the current status of your property
How long will the property be listed on the website?
As long as you want it to be! There are no limits to how long your property can be on the site, which means it will be on the site from when you submit it to when ever the property sells!
What if I'm already using an estate agent?
No problem. The use of a private internet advertising service or private newspaper advertising does not affect the most common form of agents contract (Sole Agency). Under a standard sole agency agreement, you would NOT have to pay commission to a sole agent if you find your own buyer privately, for example using East Midlands Online Property for advertising, so you could save a great deal and multiply your chances of selling your home quickly.
Should I tell my estate agent?
It's a good idea. It may avoid any misunderstanding over commission at a later date and it will also serve to focus their minds on marketing your property more aggressively - they know they will not get paid if they don't introduce your final buyer.
Do you cover all areas in the UK?
No. East Midlands Online Property is a Community Portal Service only for the East Midlands Region. However, this Website is National and International and will attract buyers from all over the World, looking for a home in the East Midlands Region.
